Our Management Team
CSDP has an experienced senior management team with significant expertise in service operations, software development and process management. Together they bring an extensive set of capabilities to their leadership roles.
Jerry Edinger, President, CEO
With over 30 years of business process and service solution experience, Mr. Edinger is responsible for leading the strategic vision and growth of the company. He also plays a major role in directing CSDP’s day-to-day operations. He joined CSDP in January 2008 after retiring from IBM. While working at IBM, Mr. Edinger held several Management and executive rolls in all aspects of IBM’s services and support business. Prior to IBM, Mr. Edinger held the position of Director of Operations for Technology Service Solutions (TSS), a joint venture with IBM and Eastman Kodak, performing service for all of IBM’s personal computers, point-of-sale products, networking and RISC6000 products as well as OEM products. During his tenure at TSS, he was responsible for growing the OEM business from $60 million revenue to $320 million. In addition, TSS went from a negative gross profit business to a plus 36% gross profit business. Mr. Edinger studied Electrical Engineering and Business.
David Dorret, CTO, Senior VP
As CTO, Mr. Dorret brings a wealth of experience in automated service applications and is the solution architect for all of the SRM products we deliver. Additionally, he is responsible for developing and leading CSDP’s R&D initiatives, ensuring that market requirements are fulfilled in a timely and cost-effective manner. He is also responsible for analyzing and selecting the leading-edge technologies that are used in our service solutions. Formerly, Mr. Dorret was the Executive Vice President of Pacific Decision Sciences Corporation, the predecessor company of CSDP. During his tenure as Executive Vice President, Mr. Dorret performed as the Lead Marketer and Head of Human Resources while simultaneously incorporating client desires into a custom built Enterprise level application. Previously, he has held positions as Lead Designer and Project Manager. Mr. Dorret studied computer sciences and mathematics in the California State University system.
David Englund, CFO, Senior VP
In charge of the creative development of CSDP’s solutions, Mr. Englund is a critical component in delivering customer requirements. He drives the development teams in crafting the most cost effective and implementable SRM solutions. In addition to his technical responsibilities, he is CSDP’s CFO where he oversees company-wide treasury, tax, audit, financial and managerial reporting, forecasting and planning, and internal accounting controls. Mr. Englund has acted as the project leader for several of CSDP’s larger clients such as IBM and Keyspan. Prior to joining CSDP, Mr. Englund created KEOSoft International Corporation, a software development company where he served from 1986 to 1995. Previously, Mr. Englund worked for Pertec Computer Corporation, where he managed the Quality Assurance, Product Support and Training departments from 1982 to 1985. Mr. Englund also managed a business application development software house for Pertec Computer Corporation from 1979 to 1981. Mr Englund Studied Computer Science and Business.
