CSDP sponsored the 2013 Smarter Services Exective Symposium April 29-May 1, 2013 in Chicago. The Symposium provided an invaluable opportunity to network with Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Experience executives in an environment conducive to creating and advancing executive-level relationships.
The Smarter Services Symposium emphasizes a case-study driven approach and is organized around a combination of workshops, roundtable discussions and presentations, creating an experiential learning environment.
CSDP attended the CompTIA Breakaway, the premier education event for the IT channel in Las Vegas July 30th - August 2nd, 2012.
We exhibited at booth F13 for the Reverse Logistics Conference and Expo in Las Vegas February 11-13, 2013. Ray Miller of CSDP Corporation participated in a panel on Wednesday, February 13 on the topic of How OEMs are finding new sources of profit from their RL Operations. This panel discussion highlighted strategies that manufacturers’ are using to increase profits.

CSDP's President and CEO, Jerry Edinger, who was recently appointed to SIA's board of directors, spoke about Healthcare Reform and the impact on your business. This session revealed results of a healthcare benefits survey.
