Customer Service Delivery Platform Corporation (CSDP) entered into an Agreement with Digital Angel (DIGA) to purchase the assets of Pacific Science Decision Corporation (PDSC).

With the PDSC, Customer Service Delivery Platform Corporation is now poised to grow their business from a Services business to a Services lead Software company. CSDP will now market the newly acquired software to any client that needs Services Relationship Management software to improve the operations of Customer service.

Customer Service Deliver Platform Corporation will be investing in this software that they purchased to be the leader in the market place of Service Relationship Management (SRM) web-enabled software targeted for any client that is in the Customer Service Business.
